About Victor Ovelar

From Paraguay to Fort Myers

Victor Ovelar was born and raised in Paraguay, South America, and moved to the United States in 1989. He later became a United States citizen and pursued his dream of owning a framing business, opening his own studio in 2000.

Art, color and craftsmanship

Victor’s appreciation for art led him to custom picture framing. His eye for color and careful craftsmanship help him recommend frame, mat and glass combinations that complement the piece and its surroundings.

Personal attention to every project

Over the years, Victor has built relationships with customers who value taking time to explore a framing project. Whether it is an original painting, a family photograph or a treasured memento, his approach emphasizes individual guidance and an eye for detail.
